3. Prizes and Odds of Winning: One (1) grand prize and six (6) second prizes will be awarded from all entries. There are six second place prizes consisting of a 26" Sharp LCD TV with built in side load DVD player. Total value of prizes is approximately $28,000. No cash substitute in exchange for prizes. All winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.
